Michelle Gilmore, Office Manager

A graduate of Stetson University in DeLand, FL, with a major in Fine Arts specializing in Ceramics and minors in both Business Administration and Art History. Michelle has a strong background in helping companies succeed. She has held positions in retail sales, general Real Estate and was a top performer as a New Home Sales Rep for Ryland Homes.

Michelle grew up working at three family-owned upscale retail gift boutiques in San Jose, Costa Rica and was given increasing responsibility. She worked all aspects of business including: sales, bookkeeping, accounts payable, purchasing, and merchandising.

At 4 Forty Four Michelle is the Office Manager and wears many hats. On any given day she can be found in the office coordinating efforts with the Project Managers in the field, handling bills and invoices, working on a marketing project, and brainstorming with Kevin on a new idea that will need implementing.

Michelle and her husband Mark, a business consultant, moved to Boone in 2004 in search of a quiet place in the mountains and a change of pace from the hectic lifestyle and the heat in Orlando, FL.

Michelle speaks fluent Spanish and in her free time she likes to go hiking, swimming or can be found reading the latest novel.
