Creston Homestead

This home was originally built in the early 1930s by the client's Grandparents with the intent to raise their family and host future generations.

With a sense of honor for the past and hope for the future, the 4 Forty Four Design Team worked collaboratively with this design savvy client to meticulously select each design detail. The original farmhouse sink was preserved and used in the laundry room and the farm's primitive pie safe was carefully restored and refinished for added storage in the kitchen. Patterned concrete floor tiles in the bathrooms create interest while the blue ship lap guest bedroom ceilings provide a pop of color. Hickory engineered hardwood floors complement the painted ship lap and beam details.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the labor of love with this renovation. This heirloom homestead has been given new life and will be enjoyed for generations to come.
