Schuster PT

This was a complete renovation to retro-fit the office space for Schuster Physical Therapy's practices' needs. We are grateful for the opportunity to update this space so that they are able to serve our community's needs.
Senior Project Manager, Preston Spencer explained, "This project was a great opportunity to fill two needs in our community: 1) Valuable Physical Therapy services, 2) Commercial real estate development. We had the pleasure of working with Appalachian Commercial Real Estate and Schuster Physical Therapy to build out an unfinished business space in the heart of Boone. It began with a vision and sketches from the client, to development of construction plans and finish details, and then taking the blank canvas of an unfinished space and bringing that vision to life. We were able to deliver this project on schedule and on budget, understanding the importance of protecting the bottom line and getting them open for business as soon as possible."
