Amanda Waters

Amanda joined 4 Forty Four in the fall of 2020, and relishes taking part in the team's collective dedication to providing beautifully built quality homes to the High Country. As a member of the team, Amanda finds fulfillment in using a hands-on approach and “getting into the thick of things” to help facilitate a productive and successful environment. She feels it is a great privilege to represent 4 Forty Four to potential and existing clients, and enjoys engaging new opportunities through the lens of consultation.

A summer child at heart she enjoys all things outdoors as well as reading and home improvement. She has two daughters, Emma and Ella, who bring her continuous joy! A North Carolina native, when she is not working you can find her either in the garden or riding motorcycles.
