During Discovery, each of the 4 pillars of construction are holistically integrated, expectations are defined and clarity emerges.

  1. Building Design 
    Our first pillar begins with designing and defining both the structural and functional aspects of your spaces.
  1. Interior Design 
    This is where your identity and emotion are expressed and your vision comes to life. Whether your project is a Remodel, Kitchen or Bath Renovation, New Construction, Full Furnishings, or a simple Room Refresh, 4 Forty Four Interiors will support and guide you through every decision.  We welcome a wide variety of projects in terms of scope of work and budget.
  1. Project Management
    Our Project Managers put everything into action and bring the entire project together. They walk beside you each step of the way as they manage the implementation of details on your project. We utilize technology, photos, weekly reports and proven processes to personally update you on the progress of your project. Each of our Project Managers are equipped with the tools and experience needed to facilitate the level of communication we know you expect.
  1. Estimating
    Budget development is a key part of the process ensuring confidence and awareness as we steward your dreams to become a reality. Surprises cost time and money, so in order to proactively plan for twists and turns along the way, we painstakingly determine just about every conceivable consideration we might encounter with your project. Transparency is important to us, which is why you’ll see visible receipts and purchases and regular invoices every step of the way.

Contractor Led Design-Build

There are many aspects of our business that make us unique and one of them is our implementation of a design-build business model. Whether a residential or commercial project, this is a method in which all design and construction services are coordinated by a single entity—4 Forty Four.

Together, this harnesses the talents and insights of all project participants: Clients, Building Design, Interior Designer, Project Manager, Vendors, and Subcontractors.

This method is used to minimize risks, increase effective communication, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery of your project. The opposite is known as “Design-bid-build” in which the client is responsible for contracting with separate entities for the design and construction of the process.
