Sam Ivey

Sam Ivey was born and raised in Southern Pines, NC. He moved to Boone in 2014 where he received his degree in Fermentation Sciences from Appalachian State. He may have his degree from ASU, but he is a huge NC State Wolfpack fan. Go Wolfpack!

Sam started working at 4 Forty Four in 2024. He has worked in local construction since 2015, and is always eager to learn. Working with 4 Forty Four has allowed him to continue his knowledge and expand his role in the construction field.

When Sam is not at work, he can be found with his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter, Nova. If you can’t find him there, try searching the local golf course. Sam is an avid golfer and is always eager to build relationships on the golf course.
